Deciding upon a Motion filed by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, the preliminary procedure judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Jurica Babić issued, on 28^th November 2025, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect I.B. (85) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 26^th December 2025, or until a new decision of the Court.

I.B. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Sexual Intercourse with a child under 15 years of age in violation of Article 210c, paragraph 3 as read with paragraph 1 of Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
