Deciding upon a Motion filed by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, the preliminary procedure judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Jurica Babić issued, on 23^rd November 2025, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect A.Š. (28) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 21^st December 2025, or until a new decision of the Court.

A.Š. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Lechery (Concupiscence) in violation of Article 208, paragraph 2 as read with paragraph 1 of the earlier Criminal Code of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
